APPLICATION CRITERIA

To be eligible for this program, you MUST meet the following criteria:

1. Be a South African Citizen.
2. Be a resident of the Eastern Cape.
3. Have completed studies in one of the eligible qualifications listed above.
4. Have outstanding student debt at one of the participating institutions:
   • Nelson Mandela University
   • Rhodes University
   • University of Fort Hare
   • Any of the 8 TVET Colleges mentioned.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

To apply, you will need to submit the following documents:

1. A clear copy of your South African ID.
2. Learner Agreement Form.
3. Completion Letter (Signed and Stamped by the Institution) / Certificate / Academic Record indicating the qualification obtained and the date it was obtained.
